Delivering a Joint Security Operations Center as a Service

CypSec today announces a strategic partnership with Verve Delight, a Canadian IT security firm specializing in asset management, cloud security, risk remediation, vulnerability management, configuration management, and real-time threat detection and response. The two companies will collaborate to offer SOC-as-a-Service solutions that leverage CypSec's security tooling and Verve Delight’s field expertise to deliver enhanced, end-to-end managed security operations to enterprises and organizations.

Under this partnership, CypSec will integrate its advanced detection, active defense, script engine, and automated response tooling into VerveDelight's service portfolio. Verve Delight will provide operational delivery, incident monitoring, threat hunting, and rapid response capabilities, ensuring that clients benefit from both strong technological foundations and hands-on managed services. Together the partnership will target organizations looking to outsource or augment their security operations center, or implement hybrid models combining in-house and managed capabilities.

The service will be customized per client, with SLAs covering detection time, response time, and remediation guidance. The objective is not only to reduce risk exposure but also to help clients optimize their security investments, improve compliance, and sustainably scale their security operations.

The partnership between CypSec and Verve Delight becomes immediately available to new customers in North America and Europe. Existing Verve Delight clients will be offered migration paths to incorporate CypSec’s tooling into their workflows. Post-launch, both companies plan to expand the joint offerings with predictive analytics, threat modeling, and further automation to anticipate adversarial behavior rather than simply reacting to it.
