CypSec today announced a strategic partnership with rasotec GmbH, a Munich-based cybersecurity firm, to jointly deliver enhanced penetration testing and vulnerability management solutions for firms affected by the NIS2 directive. Under this partnership, CypSec and rasotec will combine their technical expertise, toolsets, and service offerings to help organizations meet the more stringent security, risk management, and reporting requirements introduced by NIS2.
rasotec is well known for professional pentesting and cybersecurity assessments across web apps, APIs, internal networks, cloud services, mobile apps, and active directory infrastructures. The company also offers free tools such as email security checks and discovery scans to map attack surfaces. CypSec will integrate these capabilities with its own SaaS platform for continuous monitoring, threat detection, and automated risk scoring to deliver a full lifecycle vulnerability management solution.

Among the joint offerings will be baseline and advanced penetration testing, regular vulnerability scanning, risk assessments mapped to NIS2 requirements, and incident-response readiness reviews. The partnership also includes co-developing training and advisory services: helping firms understand their obligations around governance, supply chain security, incident reporting, and technical protections such as secure configurations, authentication, and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) which rasotec already emphasizes.
The target sectors include energy, transport, finance, digital infrastructure, health, and other industries classified as essential or important under NIS2. CypSec and rasotec will initially pilot the combined service offering with selected clients in Germany, with broader rollout across EU member states planned for early 2026.
